1) What caused Marley to be 'Marley'?
Not having precise and consistent training.
2) Think about the owners (see clip above), what were their mindsets about Marley?
That Marley, couldn’t be trained and he couldn’t help being how he is.
Note the video showed the chain collar but each time the you viewed it. both collars where connected together. In the book Koehler mentions this , snickers at the dubious handler lol.
