Week 2 T=Teaching for Redd & Ruth. Here are some of our videos this week.

1-25-2024 - I did choose to do EC's, light EC's, but EC's for continued failures to use their nose on SD. Not remarkably at all, those EC's GREATLY improved each dog's ability to correctly choose the right article.

1-20-24 TTTT Week 1, Day 4. Redd'n'Ruth

We have Shaina and family here, so I am one day behind my planned training schedule. Still, even with the extra special and VERY busy family time, I am seeing progress with Redd & Ruth this week.  It's as though the time 'off' these past several months have strengthened their memory banks of these many exercises.

I am seeing some lack of precision and sometimes having to 'remind' each dog of what has already been taught and they remember quickly. Rarely do I see either of them make the same mistake twice, as I am guiding and reshaping a failure into a remembrance of how to do correctly.

All in all, I am delighted with revisiting this form of Advanced Doodle Training. I like how quickly I can do the work, how I only do a few times till each dog succeeds, and then I can quietly praise.  Both Redd n Ruth are responding beautifully to this T=Teaching of the exercises.

How is everyone else doing this Week 1 of TTTT?
